Keeping A Weekly Blog Helps Me Improve Myself
‘Keeping a weekly blog helps me improve myself’, how far do you
agree on this? Trust me, most of the class agrees typing blog burdens them as they’re
lazy to think of something to write (I ain’t no difference :P). However, when I
start sitting in front of the computer and concentrate on typing my blog, it
really helps me a lot, like really really
a lot in writing essays. Don’t think so? I’ll show you then.
FIRST of all, who doesn’t copy their friends’ blog or from
the internet? Honestly, I do but I don’t literally copy and paste their works.
I will open a few of my friends’ blog regarding the topic, read them, get some
inspiration, then I’ll only start typing my own blog. I admit I couldn’t squeeze
ideas out of nowhere because I’m weak at improvising something in a very short
time. Usually, I spend more or less 30 minutes typing one blog, including
stalking my friends’ blogs, finding ideas in the internet, generating my own
post and proofreading. How does this help me you ask? Simple. I read theirs, I
learn, I write my own. Maybe in the future, I could just come up something
without the need to get ideas from my friends’ blogs anymore.
SECONDLY, there are many bombastic words scattered across my friends’ blogs. Normally, people would just skip the words they don’t understand and proceed their readings. As a lazy but not too lazy person, I would google up the words I’m not familiar with and at least take a look at their definitions. Sometimes, I came across unfamiliar words that doesn’t suit its meaning (cause I was judging the book by its cover; or like the word misfit, ha-ha no pun intended), sometimes there are one words that could that describe everything and sometimes, after searching for the words it would make me go: Wow! I don’t know this word exists!
Yeah, that’s is pretty much what I learn for typing a weekly
blog.
