2019 Aspirations

Kissed goodbye to 2018 and welcomed 2019. 2018 was a great year. I remember the feeling when I first stepped into Angsana, like I can feel the was a super scary presence lingering in the air. I told myself if I were to let my guard down, I’ll be an outcast. But I was wrong. I made new friends, gone crazy together and learn a lot of things from the teachers. In the blink of an eye, 2018 ended. New year means new resolutions. Here are a few things I want to achieve in 2019:

Feels like an eternity since I last flipped a thick novel. I was always busy with studies and helping my parents with their work. Even though I stayed back to wait for my brother, I never stepped into the book store because I have to get my homework done. I also didn’t have the time to google up books to read as I always came home late and exhausted.

When school reopens, I hope I could spend some time in the book store again. I will try to complete my homework as fast as possible squeeze out some time so I could finish all my unfinished novels. Of course, I’ve to save more so I could get a hand on the latest blockbuster series.

Conquer My Fear

I don’t know since when, I was afraid of talking to a large crowd. I got very nervous for no reasons even if I’m talking to a huge group of my friends. During the few earlier ULBS, I know I didn’t do well because I was shaking in front. I mean I know they wouldn’t eat me but I just feel weird and uncomfortable when everyone was staring at me. That’s why I’ve been avoiding activities that requires me to talk in front of people. It is scary.

To get rid of this fear, I need a little courage to drive it away. They say practice makes perfect. I’ll try to involve myself more in social activities and try to talk, even if it’s just one sentence. Mom and dad say I’ve to be braver or else I’ll be in trouble in the future.

I couldn’t think of any more urgent goals I’ve to achieve. There will be more aspirations coming in the future but at least those two are what I think they needed to be complete first. Take a slow step at time, don’t you agree?
